I am a holistic and spiritual truth seeker for all things natural and healing. 

This constant search brought me through the Fire and I came out healed, more

healthy, peaceful and powerful than I ever imagined.

I now am on a life path to heal others with everything I myself have learned.

 

As a certified Holistic Life Coach, I offer Wellness Classes that include group

"Make & Takes" so that you leave with tools, info and an essential oil product

you made to help you, whether the class is about sleep, anxiety or a host of other

issues or goals.

Also, in one-on-one holistic life coach sessions, I guide clients to overcome challenges,

change behaviors, and achieve valued goals. Through patient listening, validation

and rethinking, clients get clear on where their passion lies and what their true

choices are to leading a healthy lifestyle.

 

Holistic life coaches do not give advice but instead draw out the clients own inner wisdom. By honoring and integrating body, mind, and Spirit, the client is able to reach maximum success and personal growth. Sound therapy and aromatherapy can be integrated into a session.

I also, as a certified Integral Sound Therapist, offer Sound Therapy sessions either in group settings or in a private session that corrects your internal frequencies that provided calming therapeutic enjoyment using crystal bowls, gong and/or tuning forks. After all we are energy, the body electric!

As a certified Aromatherapist I have retail offerings of the best Young Living essential oil based products on that planet that covers you every need: household, beauty, baby, health & wellness to the precious bottles of essential oils themselves.

As an intuitive, a gift I inherited on my mother’s side, I offer intuitive card readings.

Also being a rock hound, I offer crystal healing along with the aromatherapy in all sessions (optional)
